Casino di mare offers to our guests the exclusive use of the whole villa and outside spaces.
Five bedrooms and bathrooms, two livingrooms with sofa beds, a dining room with a wooden table for 12 people and a fully equipped kitchen.
At the villa guests can enjoy an experience of absolute relaxation and privacy in the patio with an outside dining table and seats where relax later then coming back to the beach and having an outside shower.
The lemon trees closed garden host usually a vegetable garden where our guests can collect with their own hands aubergines, zucchini, peppers, tomatoes, basil and mint.
The olive trees alley separate the villa from the seaside. Here a large vineyard offers our guests to rest in the shade.

You feel like a large landowner when your eyes roam from the roof terrace over the olive groves, the representative driveway and the enchanting garden! 😊 This house has a history and you can feel that in each of the stylish and lovingly designed rooms. Dependance is a two single beds room with a private entrance and ensuite bathroom with shower.

The Patio is the center of the outside life. Here guests can enjoy an outside breakfast and lunch open air with the barbecue. The outside shower and the little bathroom with the washing machine are so useful!

Cactus room is a double bedroom with an attached bathroom.
Main room is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace. Can easily host a baby coat.
Girls rooms is a quadruple room with a double bed and two single bed. An attached bathroom and three windows with an accesso to a balcony. Can easily also host a baby coat.
The tower room is a two single bedroom with a lot of privacy.

Terraces overlooking the sea and the countryside where our guests can enjoy a sunset, a breakfast or a sunbath. A place where relax is mandatory.

The closed lemon trees vegetable garden host two ancient haven for homemade bread, an old affresco dedicated to san giovannino, and a proper vegetable garden where our guest can collect peppers, aubergines, tomatoes and all kinds of local vegetables… and then cook it!
Under the shade of the vineyards our guests can relax and enjoy the sea breeze in the early afternoon.
The alley under the olive groove leads directly from the house to the seaside, where our guests can find two/three little beaches.
